Handmade and meant to last, but hand wash only. Keep your drinks hot or cold for hours, but don't leave in a hot car or sun for too long!

Tumbler Care Instructions: 

• HAND WASH ONLY.
• NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
• NOT MICROWAVE SAFE.
• DO NOT SOAK. 
• DO NOT KEEP IN HOT CAR OR THE SUN FOR PROLONG TIME.
• DO NOT DROP.

If dropped, epoxy can break. Please treat your tumbler with care. 

Warning: No glittered items are guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of. 

With handmade items, minor imperfections may occur in the item and no handmade product is ever free of slight flaws or inconsistencies

Currently, processing times for tumblers are 10-12 weeks.  While most orders ship sooner than the projected ship date, please allow the full processing time for shipping.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason unless solely initiated by myself.

Please check spelling for any names, no changes can be made to your order once it is placed.  Please ensure the shipping address and personalization are correct before purchasing!  By purchasing one of my products, you are agreeing that you understand this.

Once an item leaves my hands, I cannot be held responsible for how long shipping takes or the package not being delivered or being delivered to the wrong address.  It is your responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim with the tracking that is provided.
 
If your item arrives damaged, I must be contacted within 24 hours of your package being delivered with a picture of the item and the packaging it arrived in.
