Shipping policy

  • Tracking numbers will be provided in the fulfillment email within 2 business days. 
  • If you do not receive your order, please email us at arndtwecreative@gmail.com so we can resolve this issue as soon as possible. 
  • Shipments over $35 are insured and shipped USPS priority mail. 
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason unless solely initiated by Arndt We Creative, LLC. 
  • If product arrives damaged, Arndt We Creative, LLC must be contacted within 24 hours of package being delivered with a picture of the item and the packaging it arrived in.
